제주산 특화 원료 중 개발 가능성이 있는 원료 14종을 대하여 추출물을 제조하기 위한 제조공정, 세포 수준에서의 독성평가를 확인하여 맞춤형 식품으로 활용가능성을 확인하고자 한다. 또한 각각의 추출물에서의 지표성분을 조사하여 향후 체지방 개선 기능성 식품으로 개발할 건강기능식품의 지표성분을 설정하고자 한다.
